摘  要:《德国0—6岁幼儿日托机构教育质量国家标准手册》的特点可以概括为三点:建构完整性的评价体系、制订标准化的评价程序、倡导发展性的评价理念。《德国0—6岁幼儿日托机构教育质量国家标准手册》的制定对我国学前教育质量标准建设具有如下启示:以评促成长,主张以教师日常教学行为视角表述质量目标;以评促教学,倡导发展性的托幼机构教育质量评估模式;以评促质量,健全规范化的托幼机构教育质量评价体系。The characteristics of the National Standard Manual of Educational Quality in German Daycare Institutions for Children Aged 0-6 Years can be summarized in three respects:to construct a complete evaluation system,to formulate standardized evaluation procedures,and to advocate developmental evaluation ideas.It is believed that the German standard manual has three aspects of reference significance for the construction of quality standards of preschool education in China:to promote growth by evaluation,to express quality objectives from the perspective of teachers’daily teaching behavior;to promote teaching by evaluation,to advocate a developmental evaluation mode of kindergarten education quality;to improve standardized kindergarten education by evaluation to promote quality evaluation system.
