摘 要:汽车制动性能是汽车安全行驶的保障。我国是一个多山的国家,很多依山而建的公路坡度大且坡长很长,而商用车由于装载质量大,在这种状况恶劣的道路下坡制动时,持续制动时温升快,容易现交通事故[1]。因此,在制动系统的开发过程中,其制动响应速度和制动力的匹配就尤为重要。文章通过对某款商用汽车制动不合格问题的处理,对影响商用汽车制动性能的方向进行研究。Vehicle braking performance is the guarantee of vehicle safety.China is also a mountainous country.Many roads built on mountains have large slopes and long slopes.Due to the heavy loading quality of commercial vehicles,when braking downhill in such a bad condition,the temperature rises quickly when braking continuously,which is easy to cause traffic accidents.Therefore,in the development process of braking system,the matching of braking response speed and braking force is particularly important.In this paper,through the treatment of a commercial vehicle braking unqualified problem,the direction of the impact of commercial vehicle braking performance is studied.
