摘 要:为了提高车辆舒适性,轿车中普遍采用液压悬置,某车型在开发阶段,高强耐久测试时,曾出现主簧橡胶开裂、漏液现象。文章通过对耐久车的路谱分析和主簧的结构分析,确认车辆Y向预载太大是造成开裂的主要原因,通过减小动总Y向位移来降低Y向摆动量,同时优化主簧结构设计,将疲劳寿命提高了8倍以上。In order to improve the comfort of the vehicle,the common piece of the car adopts the hydraulic suspension.In the development stage of a certain model,the main spring rubber cracking and leakage occurred during the high strength and endurance test.Through road spectrum analysis of durable vehicle and structure analysis of main spring,it is confir-med that too much pre-load in Y direction is the main reason for cracking.By reducing the total dynamic Y displacement to reduce the swing momentum in Y direction,and optimizing the structure design of main spring,the fatigue life of the vehicle is increased by more than 8 times.
