摘 要:目的分析在内科护士带教中应用中西医结合整体护理的临床效果。方法研究样本78名选取为2018年10月—2020年8月间于该院实习的护生。纳入学生经区组随机化分组法分为干预组(n=39)、参照组(n=39)。为参照组护生实施常规带教法,为干预组护生开展中西医结合整体护理带教法。比对分析两组考核成绩、教学满意度、教学行为评分、教学效果问卷调查评分。结果干预组护生病历书写能力、语言沟通能力、安全宣教能力、问题分析能力、病房护理操作能力成绩评分相比参照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组护生护理满意度明显低于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护生对带教老师人际关系、个性特征、护理能力、教学能力、其他能力的评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组教学效果提高学习兴趣、掌握护理技术、掌握理论知识、教学计划规范、教师教学能力优秀等问卷评分结果均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护士带教中应用中西医结合整体护理能有效提高护生综合素质,提升护生对教学模式的满意程度,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine holistic nursing in the teaching of internal medicine nurses.Methods The 78 samples of the study were selected as nursing students who were interned in the hospital from October 2018 to August 2020.The enrolled students were divided into intervention group(n=39)and reference group(n=39)by randomized grouping method.For the reference group of nursing students to implement the conventional teaching method,for the intervention group of nursing students to carry out the integrated Chinese and Western medicine integrated nursing teaching method.Comparative analysis of the two groups of assessment results,teaching satisfaction,teaching behavior scores,and teaching effect questionnaire survey scores.Results The scores of nursing students'medical record writing ability,language communication ability,safety education ability,problem analysis ability,and ward nursing operation ability of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower Intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Intervention group's scores of interpersonal relationship,personality characteristics,nursing ability,teaching ability and other abilities of the teachers in the intervention group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching effect of the intervention group:the questionnaire score results of improving learning interest,mastering nursing technology,mastering theoretical knowledge,teaching plan specifications,and excellent teaching ability of teachers are all higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine holistic nursing in internal medicine nurse teaching can effective
