摘 要:开展城市隧道施工影响下环境的力学响应评估及过程控制具有重要的科学及实践意义.首先,根据单一地层变形的预测方法,通过地层模式识别及线性组合原理建立了复杂组合地层的变形预测理论,解决了组合地层变形的预测问题.其次,将既有环境结构假设为放置于不同弹性地基上的梁模型,建立既有结构变形理论预测的统一表达形式.考虑结构的强度要求、劣化损伤及安全因素,进一提出了结构变形安全控制标准的确定原则.再次,鉴于施工过程及土体参数的复杂性及不确定性,建立了以预测和反馈为核心的过程动态控制理论,该理论的重点在于伴随施工过程不断滚动修正预测模型、反馈地层及施工参数.最后,基于系统控制论的原理,提出“透明施工”的理念,并就其设计流程和发展趋势进行了讨论.研究的相关成果可为城市隧道施工的环境力学响应的精细化安全控制提供有益参考.It is of great scientific and practical significance to carry out the mechanical response assessment and process control of the environment due to tunneling in urban areas.Firstly,based on the prediction method for ground deformation of the single layer ground,the deformation prediction theory of complex combined layered ground is established through ground pattern identification and linear combination principle,and the deformation of combined layered ground is predicted.Secondly,the existing environmental structures are assumed to be beam models placed on different elastic foundations,and a unified expression form for the theoretical prediction of the existing structure’s deformation is established.Considering the strength requirements,deterioration damage and safety factors of the structure,the principles for determining the safety control criteria of structural deformation are further proposed.Then,in view of the complexity and uncertainty of the construction process and soil parameters,an in-time process control theory with prediction and feedback as the core is established.The focus of this theory is to continuously roll and revise the prediction model during the construction process,ground layer feedback and construction parameters.Finally,based on the principles of system control theory,the concept of“transparent construction”is proposed,and its design process and development trend are discussed.The research results can provide useful references for the safe control of environmental mechanical responses due to tunneling in urban areas.
