摘 要:目的探讨精细化管理在医院教学管理中应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月该院新进实习生84名,采用随机数表法将其分为两组各42名,对照组采用常规教学管理,观察组采用精细化管理,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、自我评价情况及教学反馈结果。结果观察组理论成绩(92.08±5.37)分、实践成绩(91.35±4.12)分、综合成绩(93.19±4.28)分高于对照组的(89.16±5.42)分、(88.47±5.68)分、(90.43±4.65)分(P<0.05);观察组实习生学习兴趣评分(18.84±3.07)分、表达能力评分(17.62±4.38)分、思维能力评分(18.26±4.39)分、问题处理评分(17.84±4.28)分高于对照组的(15.26±3.18)分、(14.93±4.65)分、(14.35±3.74)分、(15.73±4.62)分(P<0.05);观察组教学反馈优良率(97.62%)高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05)。结论在医院教学管理中应用精细化管理模式能够明显提高教学质量,能培养实习生问题处理能力、学习兴趣、表达能力与思维能力,提升实习生教学反馈优良率。Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in hospital teaching management.Methods A total of 84 new interns in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into two groups of 42 by random number table method.The control group used conventional teaching management,and the observation group used refined management.The assessment results,self-evaluation and teaching feedback results of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The observation group's theoretical score(92.08±5.37)points,practical score(91.35±4.12)points,and comprehensive score(93.19±4.28)points were higher than those of the control group(89.16±5.42)points,(88.47±5.68)points,(90.43±4.65)points(P<0.05);the observation group's interns'learning interest score(18.84±3.07)points,expression ability score(17.62±4.38)points,thinking ability score(18.26±4.39)points,problem handling score(17.84±4.28)points were higher than the control group's(15.26±3.18)points,(14.93±4.65)points,(14.35±3.74)points,(15.73±4.62)points(P<0.05);the observation group's excellent teaching feedback rate(97.62%),higher than the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management model in hospital teaching management can significantly improve teaching quality,cultivate interns'problem-solving ability,learning interest,expression ability and thinking ability,and improve the excellent rate of interns'teaching feedback.
