摘 要:目的分析外科总论教学中开展以问题为中心教学法(problem-based learning method,PBL)的应用效果。方法选取2019年在山东大学齐鲁医学院济南临床学院外科临床见习的2016级五年制本科学生100名作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,每组50名。一组采用PBL教学模式进行教学,简称PBL组;一组采用传统的讲授式教学法(lecture based learning,LBL)进行教学,简称LBL组,就两组学生的教学效果进行组间对比。结果相较于LBL组,PBL组学生各项考核成绩、教师对学生的评估均明显提高,且学生对教学的满意度显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科总论教学中开展PBL模式具有显著的优势,有效改善教学质量,为日后临床培养优质人才。Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning method(PBL)in the teaching of General Surgery Theory.Methods A total of 100 five-year undergraduate students of 2016 who were in the clinical probation of surgery at the Jinan Clinical College of Qilu Medical College of Shandong University in 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 people in each group.One group used the PBL teaching model for teaching,referred to as the PBL group;one group used the traditional lecture based learning(LBL)for teaching,referred to as the LBL group,and compared the teaching effects of the two groups of students.Results Compared with the LBL group,the students in the PBL group had significantly improved assessment results and the teacher's evaluation of the students,and the students'satisfaction with teaching was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant advantages in developing the PBL model in the teaching of general surgery,which can effectively improve the quality of teaching and cultivate high-quality talents for future clinical practice.
