摘 要:目前酒店业在我国整体发展势头迅猛,对酒店从业人员的需求量很大,然而,酒店却面临员工短缺、人员流动率高等问题,通过对酒店的调查,发现酒店存在人力资源管理理念落后、员工薪酬不合理、人员结构不合理、对人力资源培养重视不够、员工激励存在缺陷等问题,论文对问题进行分析,探究解决人力资源管理问题的对策。At present,the overall development of the hotel industry in China is rapid,and the demand for hotel employees is great.However,hotels are facing staff shortages and high turnover rates.Through the investigation of the hotel,it is found that there are some problems existing in the hotel,such as the backward concept of human resources management,the unreasonable salary of staff,the unreasonable structure of staff,the insufficient attention to human resources training,and the defects of employee incentive.This paper analyzes the problems and explores the countermeasures to solve the problems of human resources management.
