摘 要:目的探究与构建听障回流生区校联动渐进式的复归路径。方法通过测验、访谈、观察、经验总结法对个案进行追溯和追踪研究,分析听障学生回流的原因,并探讨区校联动支持的融合效果。结果导致被试回流的原因包括注意力不集中、课堂行为规范差、学校融合文化一般、家校矛盾突出。联动支持后,个案融合效果显著,课堂常规和视听整合达到完全融合的比例显著上升;普校同伴接纳度和个案融合意愿形成良性互动。结论运行机制是听障回流生复归的敲门砖;普校正向的融合文化是顺利复归的保障;团队沟通顺畅且观念一致是复归支持的核心;评估与课程的动态衔接和螺旋上升是成功复归的关键。Objective This study aims to explore and build the reverting path of district-school interactive support for the hearingimpaired students who have returned to special education schools from regular schools.Methods The tracing and tracing research to the case were carried on through the test,interview,observation and experience summary method.Results The case study found that the cause of the student’s returning to special education school was due to inattention,abnormal classroom behaviors,deeper cultural factors and conflict between school and parents;the effect of district-school interactive support was remarkable;the proportion of the inclusive education of classroom behaviors and audio-visual integration was improving significantly;positive interaction was established between peer acceptance and individual willingness.Conclusion The case study shows that the establishment of circulation mechanism is the foundation of successful revert;positive culture of the regular school is the guarantee of successful revert;smooth team communication and consistent concept are the core of the support for an agreement;the dynamic link between assessment and curriculum is the key of successful revert.
