摘  要:教育政策社会学是当代西方教育政策研究的重要流派。该学派承袭批判理论传统与后结构主义方法论,超越了传统公共政策学的"经验-技术"研究视域,重构了教育政策理论的核心问题:政策背后隐藏着什么样的(不平等的)社会权力结构?通过民族志、诠释学、话语分析、轨迹分析和网络分析等质化与阐释方法,构建起具有学派特色的概念与理论"工具箱"。以一批特色刊物为理论阵地,促进学派理论传承与创新。在学派的核心系统与外围系统间存在着持续的人才环流,维系着学术共同体。教育政策社会学派创生的经验为中国特色教育学派培育提供了有益的启示。Rooted in critical social theories crossing the boundaries of sociological,po-litical,cultural and educational studies,policy sociology becomes a key branch of criticaleducational policy studies.Taking a post-structural stance,policy sociology goes beyondthe limitations of empirical-technical perspective of"policy sciences"and re-constructsthe focus of inquiry of policy studies:what are the(unequal)power relations underlying ed-ucational policy?In accordance with its epistemological stance,policy sociology adopts qual-itative and interpretive analytical approaches,including ethnography,hermeneutics,dis-course analysis,field analysis,policy trajectory analysis,and network analysis,to produce atheoretical"toolkit"for educational policy analysis.Several academic journals have playedimportant roles in the development of policy sociology,including Journal of Education Poli-cy,British Journal of Sociology of Education,Discourse:Studies in the Cultural Politics ofEducation,and Critical Studies in Education.Furthermore,there is a constant circulation oftalents between the periphery and the core of the policy sociology academic community,strengthening the cohesiveness of this community.
