摘 要:由于地方财政资金有限,职业院校独立建设实训基地难度较大,故而资源共享型实训基地成为职业院校实践教学的重要平台和载体。在建设和运行过程中,资源共享型实训基地也暴露了不足。探索建立一套科学合理的共建共管机制,可以确保资源共享型实训基地的有序运行,实现实训基地资源共享的持续性、开放性和互惠性,并有效发挥其多元化的功能与作用。Owing to the limited local financial funds,it is difficult for vocational colleges to build practical training bases independently.Therefore,resource-sharing practical training bases have become an important platform and carrier for practice and training teaching of local vocational colleges.However,there still exist many problems and deficiencies in the construction and operation of the resource-sharing training bases.As a solution,a mechanism of co-construction,sharing and co-management can be established to ensure the orderly operation of the practical training bases.The sustainability,openness and reciprocity of resource-sharing practical training bases can be achieved.Moreover,its diversified functions and roles can also be performed.
