摘 要:近年来,随着互联网的飞速发展,大数据时代悄然而至。在大数据时代背景的驱动下,大学教育的精准化和个性化成为了新时代的教学发展趋势。伴随大数据的发展,计算机辅助药物设计也在不断革新,新范式、新方法层出不穷。基于此,本文针对大数据时代下计算机辅助药物设计的课程教学进行了全方位、深层次的探讨和总结,以期在一定程度上提升课程的教学效果,培养学生对计算机辅助药物设计的兴趣。In recent years,the rapid development of internet brings the era of big data.Driven by the big data era,precision and individualization of university education has become the trend of teaching in the new era.Accompanying with the development of big data,computer aided drug design also experiences fast development,new paradigms and new methods emerge endlessly.The teaching of Computer Aided Drug Design under the background of big data erawas discussed comprehensively and in depth.According to these discussions,it was expected to improve the teaching effect of computer aided drug design,as well as to motivate the interests of students to learn computer aided drug design.
