摘　　要：建立中药材的采收、初加工、贮藏与包装标准操作规程对保证质量具有重要意义。调查表明,当前白芷的采后处理过程主要依靠药农的经验积累,缺乏统一、规范的操作标准,使得白芷药材的质量存在差异。若采后处理不及时、干燥方式不恰当、贮藏条件控制不规范,会引起中药材腐烂、霉变、虫蛀、变色等变质现象。为规范白芷药材的采后生产过程,本文基于实地调研,以《中药材生产质量管理规范(试行)》为指导原则,结合文献报道及传统加工经验,制定了科学合理的白芷采后环节标准操作规程(SOP),以期为控制和提高白芷药材的质量提供技术保障。It is of great significance to establish the standard operating procedure(SOP) for harvesting, primary processing,storage and packaging of Chinese medicinal materials for the quality assurance. The investigation showed that the current postharvest processing of Angelicae dahuricae Radix mainly depended on the experience accumulation of pharmaceutical farmers,and it lacked of unified and standardized operating technologies, which caused the different qualities of Angelicae dahuricae Radix. The untimely post-harvest treatment, improper drying ways, and non-standard storage condition control maight cause rotting, mildew, moth, discoloration and other deterioration phenomena of Chinese medicinal materials. In order to standardize the post-harvest production process of Angelicae dahuricae Radix, based on the field research, according to guiding principle of Quality Management Standard for the Production of Chinese Medicinal Materials( Trial Implementation), and combined the literature reports and traditional processing experience, a scientific and reasonable standard operating procedure for postharvest production process of Angelica dahurica Radix was established, so as to provide technical support for controlling and improving the quality of Angelicae dahuricae Radix.
