浅谈疫情防控常态化下高职体育教学策略

摘　　要：针对疫情防控常态化下多班级在同一场地或区域同时开展体育教学活动的安全问题,提出科学选择教学内容、合理设置运动量、错峰安排体育课、合理规划运动场地、加强运动器材管理、科学指导学生佩戴口罩等策略.该策略为疫情防控常态化下有效保障安全、有序开展体育课教学提供参考.In view of the safety problem that multiple classes develop the physical education teaching activities simultaneously in the same venue or region under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,this paper proposed some strategies,including the scientific selection of teaching content,reasonable setting of exercise amount,staggered arrangement of physical education classes,reasonable planning of sports venues,strengthening the management of sports equipment,and the scientific guidance for students to wear masks.These strategies can provide the reference for the effective guarantee of safe and orderly development of physical education teaching under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
