身体与技术:身体哲学视域下人工智能融入体育的伦理审思

摘　　要：人工智能融入体育成为新时代社会发展的新趋势,技术与身体成为体育伦理的行为主体,判断其是否具有伦理价值,将成为新时代体育发展的重要标准。认为:人工智能与体育的伦理问题是技术与人的关系或科技进步与人的发展问题,亦可延伸为人的身体与技术的伦理关系;人工智能融入体育实质上是技术促进身体伦理价值实现的过程,即技术伦理与身体伦理的完美融合,勾勒了技术与身体的伦理生成逻辑——以身体为伦理基础,以生命为伦理目标,以道德为伦理标尺。人工智能融入体育尚存在伦理主体越位、伦理价值偏颇、伦理危机加剧、伦理边界混沌的伦理困境。从身体主体性、人文主义取向、伦理规约、技术有限的角度提出人工智能融入体育的伦理原则、内容、标准与边界,规范与指导新时代人工智能技术在体育中的推广与应用。The integration of artificial intelligence into sports has become a new trend of social development in the new era.Technology and body have become the subject of sport ethics,and judging whether it has ethical value will become an important standard for the development of sports.It is found that the ethical issues between artificial intelligence and sports are actually the relationships between technology and human,or between the progress of science&technology and human development.And it can also be extended to be the ethical relationships between human body and science&technology.The integration of artificial intelligence into sports is basically the process that science and technology promote the realization of the value of body ethics,that is,the perfect integration of technology ethics and body ethics.It outlines the ethical generation logic of technology and body by taking body as the ethical basis,life as the goal and morality as the ethical ruler.However,there are still ethical dilemmas in integrating artificial intelligence into sports including the offside of ethical subject,bias of ethical value,intensified ethical crisis and chaos of ethical boundary.From the perspective of body subjectivity,humanism orientation,code and morality,and limited technology,the ethical principle,content,standard and boundary of integrating artificial intelligence into sports are put forward,which will standardize and guide the popularization and application of artificial intelligence technology in sports in the new era.
