环巢湖区域幼儿身体活动特征与肥胖的相关性研究

摘　　要：为探索环巢湖区域幼儿身体活动特征及其与肥胖的相关性,以115名幼儿为研究对象,使用加速度计测量幼儿不同强度体力活动水平,通过T检验、相关性分析等探讨相关因素之间的关联。结果显示幼儿身体活动水平存在显著的性别差异,男童普遍高于女童;随着年龄的增长,幼儿身体活动水平会随之发生局部变化,男童年龄与MPA呈负相关关系、与VPA呈正相关关系,女童仅MPA与年龄呈正相关关系;年龄与TPA不具有相关关系;幼儿周末LPA、MPA、TPA明显高于上学日。得出环巢湖区域幼儿身体活动呈“基本活跃”状态,高强度身体活动有待增强;幼儿肥胖率略高于《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告(2020年)》公布的6岁以下儿童的平均肥胖率,身体活动水平不是引起幼儿超重、肥胖发生的主要原因。115 children were chosen as the research objects to explore preschoolers’physical activity characteristics and their correlation with obesity in the area around Chaohu Lake.The physical activity levels of different intensities were measured by accelerometers.The correlation between the related factors was analyzed by t-test and correlation analysis.The results showed that there were gender differences in children’s physical activity level,and boys’physical activity level was generally higher than girls’physical activity level;age change could cause local changes in preschool children’s physical activity level,and boys’age was negatively correlated with MPA,and positively correlated with VPA,while girls’MPA was only positively correlated with age;age had no significant correlation with TPA;children’s weekend LPA,MPA,VPA were positively correlated and TPA time was significantly higher than school day.The conclusion is that the physical activity of children in the area around Chaohu Lake is basically active,and the high-intensity physical activity needs to be enhanced.The obesity rate of young children is slightly higher than the average obesity rate of children under 6 years old published in the report on nutrition and chronic diseases of Chinese residents(2020).The level of physical activity is not the main cause of overweight and obesity of preschool children.
