摘　　要：本文通过对国际上技术经营教育兴起的背景及技术经营人才对国家、行业、企业技术创新推动的作用,结合我国经济转型对技术经营人才的需求,提出了我国更多高校开设技术经营专业的必要性和重要性。Based on the background of the rise of international technical management education and the role of technical management talents in promoting the technological innovation of the country,industry and enterprises,combined with the demand for technical management talents in China’s economic transformation,this paper puts forward the necessity and importance of more universities to open technical management majors.
