摘　　要：学科竞赛在学生创新能力、实践能力和综合素质培养中起到举足轻重的作用。在充分发挥实验教师作用的基础上,依托学科竞赛,结合西南石油大学化学化工国家级实验教学示范中心的一些实例,从学科竞赛安全管理、指导教师团队建设、实验室资源共享、学科交叉融合、实验教学改革等几个方面进行了研究。不仅提高了竞赛质量,也促进了创新型人才的培养,为实验室建设与发展起到推动作用。Discipline competition played a pivotal role in training creative ability,practical ability and overall quality of students.Based on discipline competition,safety management of competition,resource sharing of laboratories,interdisciplinary integration,teaching reform of experiment,construction of experimental teacher's team were studied with some cases of national demonstration center for experimental chemistry and chemical of our school by giving full play to experimental teachers.The quality of discipline competition and the cultivation innovative talent of students were improved in this way.And it may promote the construction and development of laboratories.
