摘　　要：继续医学教育是提高医院专业技术人员整体素质、加快学科建设、促进人才培养、提升诊疗水平及能力的基础性工作。成都中医药大学附属医院以“学习自主化、管理规范化、评估标准化”为建设目标,构建“一个管理平台、一个考核平台、N个名老中医传承学习库”的“1+1+N”模式,提高中医药继续医学教育的管理水平、工作效率,实现教学与教务管理相融合、学习过程和考核过程相融合,带动国家中医住院医师规范化培训基地、国家中医药高层次人才培养基地、国家名老中医传承工作室等建设工作,提升中医药人才培养成效。Continuing medical education is the basic work to improve the overall quality of hospital professional and technical personnel,accelerate the construction of disciplines,promote personnel training,and improve the level and ability of diagnosis and treatment.The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM takes“learning autonomy,management standardization,and evaluation standardization”as its construction goals,builds a“1+1+N”model of“a management platform,an assessment platform,and N famous TCM inheritance learning libraries of TCM veteran and famous doctors”,improves the management level and work efficiency of the continuing education of TCM,realizes the integration of continuing education teaching and educational administration,the integration of the learning process and the assessment process,and drives the construction of national standardized training base for resident doctors,the national training base for high-level TCM talents,and the inheritance studios of national TCM veteran and famous doctors,in order to improve the effectiveness of training TCM talents.
