摘 要:中国酒文化“走出去”是国家文化和经济发展战略的重要组成部分,如今越来越多的学者开始关注酒文化的国际传播,但是关于川酒文化翻译的研究却凤毛麟角。本文通过挖掘川酒文化的内涵,梳理川酒文化翻译的现状,揭示了川酒文化翻译的珍贵价值,并提出了川酒文化翻译的新策略,即着眼于文本类型、专业术语以及文化关键词。在此基础上,进一步探讨提升川酒文化翻译效果的两大途径,即加强川酒翻译的沟通和提升川酒翻译的魅力,从而更好地促进此后川酒文化的翻译研究。The“going out”of Chinese wine culture plays an important part innational culture and economic development.Moreover,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the international communication of wine culture,but there are few studies on the translation of Sichuan wine culture.This paper explores the connotation of Sichuan wine culture,sorts out the status quo of Sichuan wine culture and its translation,reveals the precious value of foreign translation of Sichuan wine culture,and puts forward a new strategy of foreign translation of Sichuan wine culture,namely focusing on text types,technical terms and cultural key words.On this basis,the paper further discusses two ways to improve the translation effect of Sichuan wine culture,namely,to strengthen the communication of translation and enhance the charms of translation,so as to better promote the translation research of Sichuan wine culture in the future.
