摘  要:精密RV减速器中行星轮和输入齿轮轴的啮合传动状态直接决定了RV减速器的传动性能,而核心零件曲柄轴的模态振动特性对整机动态特性影响很大。以精密RV-80E减速器为研究对象,在建立一级减速部分三维模型的基础上,采用有限元法对曲柄轴在自由状态、边界约束以及啮合工作3种状态下的模态特性进行了仿真分析,得到了不同约束状态下曲柄轴的频率分布及振动模态。通过仿真分析得知,在啮合工作状态下,齿轮系啮合引起的曲柄轴两偏心轴边缘、曲柄轴头部变形最大更符合实际工作状态,其固有频率显著提升。该研究结果对曲柄轴在一级减速部分的动态特性和啮合特性参数优化设计提供了理论依据。The transmission characteristics of the precision RV reducer is mainly determined by the meshstate of planetary gears and input gear shaft,and vibration modal characteristics of the crank shaft have impor-tant effects on the dynamic behavior of the RV reducer.Taking the RV-80 E as an example,based on the 3 Dmodel of the first-stage reducer,the vibration modal characteristics of the crank shaft considering three states,namely the free,bearing support and mesh state,are obtained using the finite element analysis method.Throughthe simulation analysis,induced by the meshing gear series,the two eccentric shaft edges and the head deforma-tion of the crank shaft considering the mesh state is the biggest,better with the working mode of the RV reducerthan the other states,and the natural frequencies of the crank shaft increase remarkably.The research resultsprovide a theoretical basis for optimization design of dynamic characteristics and meshing characteristics ofcrank shaft in first-stage reducer part.
