摘  要:目的分析青少年近视眼多焦视觉诱发电位(mfVEP)的变化特征。方法选取南昌大学第二附属医院就诊的近视患儿62例;根据患儿屈光度数的不同分为2组:低中度近视组40例(低度近视20例+中度近视20例)、高度近视组22例。采用多焦视觉电生理仪检测2组患儿的mfVEP,并分析其视网膜不同区域(上方、下方、鼻侧、颞侧及1环、2环、3环)mfVEP的P波振幅和潜伏期。结果与低中度近视组比较,高度近视组P波振幅在上方、鼻侧、颞侧、1环、2环区域均降低(均P<0.05),而在下方区域及3环区域无显著差异(均P>0.05);高度近视组在上方、鼻侧、颞侧、2环区域的P波潜伏期均较低中度近视组延长(均P<0.05),而在下方、1环、3环区域与低中度近视组无显著差异(均P>0.05)。结论高度近视患儿的mfVEP的特征表现为P波振幅在多个区域较低中度近视下降,潜伏期延长。Objective To analyze the characteristics of multifocal visual evoked potential(mfVEP)in adolescents with myopia.Methods Sixty-two adolescents visiting our hospital for myopia were divided into two groups:low to moderate myopia group(20 cases of low myopia and 20 cases of moderate myopia)and high myopia group(22 cases).The mfVEP was determined using the multifocal electrophysiological instrument,and the P wave amplitude and latency were analyzed in different retinal regions(upper,lower,nasal,temporal,ring 1,ring 2 and ring 3).Results Compared with low to moderate myopia group,P wave amplitude in the upper,nasal,temporal,ring 1 and ring 2 regions was decreased and P wave latency in the upper,nasal,temporal and ring 2 regions was prolonged in high myopia group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in P wave amplitude in the lower and ring 3 regions,as well as in P wave latency in the lower,ring 1 and ring 3 regions(P>0.05).Conclusion The mfVEP shows smaller P wave amplitude and longer latency in adolescents with severe myopia than those in adolescents with low and moderate myopia.
