摘 要:高职院校混合所有制二级学院的设立,是关于深化产教融合和校企合作的创新和发展,有利于整合社会资源和激发办学活力。但在办学的过程中,出现了办学观念落后、培养方案与产业脱节、课程结构过于重视理论等问题。以山东商业职业技术学院金融专业办学过程的经验对混合所有制办学所遇到的困境进行了阐述,并提出具有可操作性、易实现的策略。The mixed ownership system of secondary colleges in vocational colleges is the innovation and development of vocational colleges of deepening the integration of production and education.That the cooperation of school and enterprise is conducive to the integration of social resources and the stimulation of school vitality.However,in the process of running a school,there will be some dilemmas,such as the backward concept of running a school,the disconnection between the training program and the industry,and the overemphasis on theory in the curriculum structure.Therefore,based on the experience of the financial major running process of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology,this paper expounds the difficulties encountered in the running of mixed ownership,and puts forward the strategies of operability and easy realization.
