摘　　要：当下社会产生了一些引发道德讨论的公共事件。这些道德问题的产生,全球伦理困境是其外部环境,市场化进程中新的道德评价机制构建的滞后性和过程性是其内在原因,宗教性道德和社会性道德的含混不清是其传统基因。当下道德问题是内部自我伦理价值和外部社会伦理秩序的双重危机,因而应对措施也应是双向的。为此,以构建符合中国特色社会主义市场经济需要的现代性道德为基本立场,一方面通过道德教育促进伦理价值的自我重构,另一方面通过外部规范的重建保障道德秩序。At present,there are some public events that cause moral discussion.The external environment of these moral problems is the global ethical dilemma,the internal reason is the lag of constructing the new moral evaluation mechanism in the process of marketization,and the ambiguity between religious morality and social morality is its traditional gene.Because the current moral problem is a double crisis of internal self-ethical value and external social ethical order,the countermeasures should also be two-way.Therefore,based on the basic standpoint of constructing modern morality that meets the needs of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,on the one hand,moral education promotes the self-reconstruction of ethical values,on the other hand,it guarantees moral order through the reconstruction of external norms.
