摘 要:目的调查云南省某三所三甲医院编制护士及合同制护士心理契约现状,为管理编制护士和合同制护士提供基础依据。方法采用心理契约调查表对云南省3所三甲医院的402名护士进行调查,对比合同制护士、编制护士与基线数据心理契约各维度的情况。结果编制护士关系型、平衡型心理契约均数、心理契约满足均数低于基线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),交易型心理契约无统计学意义(P>0.05)。合同制护士关系型、平衡型心理契约均数,以及心理契约满足均数低于基线,交易型心理契约均数高于基线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。编制护士与合同制护士关系型心理契约以及心理契约满足状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平衡型和交易型心理契约形式,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云南省三甲医院护士心理契约形式有待管理,进而提高心理契约满足,特别是对合同制护士。Objective To investigate the status quo of the psychological contract between nurses with establishment and contract nurses in 3 top three hospitals in Yunnan province,and provide a basic basis for the management of nurses with establishment and contract nurses.Methods The psychological contract questionnaire was used to survey 402 nurses in 3 top three hospitals in Yunnan province,and the conditions of contract nurses,nurses with establishment and baseline data of psychological contracts were compared.Results The average number of nurse relationship and balance psychological contracts and the average psychological contract satisfaction were lower than the baseline,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the transactional psychological contract was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).The average of contract nurse relationship,balanced psychological contract,and the average of psychological contract satisfaction were lower than the baseline,and the average of transactional psychological contract was higher than the baseline,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the relationship-based psychological contract and psychological contract satisfaction status between nurses and contract nurses(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the balanced and transactional psychological contract forms(P>0.05).Conclusion The form of psychological contract for nurses in the top three hospitals in Yunnan province needed to be managed,which would improve the satisfaction of psychological contract,especially for contract nurses.
