摘　　要：依托行业优势,走产学研结合发展之路,是地方行业特色高校可持续高质量发展的必然选择。地方行业特色高校产学研合作优势显著,但也面临诸多问题。本文通过对地方行业特色高校产学研合作的优势、困境分析,提出从加强顶层设计、搭建合作平台、优化人才队伍、完善考评体系等方面推进地方行业特色高校产学研合作创新特色发展。Relying on industry advantage to implement industry-university-research collaboration,it has become the inevitable choice for sustainable and high quality development of industry characteristic universities.This paper analyses the advantages and difficulties of industry-university-research collaboration of industry characteristic universities.According to the conclusion of the analysis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to industry characteristic universities on enhancing the top-level design,building cooperation platform,optimizing structure of faculty team,perfecting performance appraisal system.
