基于SECI的西南少数民族伦理档案教育体系构建研究

摘　　要：西南少数民族地区乡村文化治理与其他地区相比具有独特性,改进西南少数民族地区的乡村文化治理机制有利于解决现阶段政治纠纷、民族内部矛盾等诸多问题。以西南少数民族伦理档案信息为基本元素构建知识转化场,指出构建主体、构建依据、构建客体等体系要素,在考虑目前体系建设滞后因素的基础上提出基于SECI的西南少数民族伦理档案教育体系的整体运行策略。希望借助知识管理手段创新西南少数民族伦理档案服务形式,加强我国精神文明建设,促进西南少数民族地区社会和谐。Compared with other regions,the governance of rural culture in southwest ethnic minority areas is unique.Improving the governance mechanism of rural culture in southwest ethnic minority areas is conducive to solving many problems such as political disputes and contradictions among ethnic groups at this stage.The paper constructs a knowledge transformation field based on the information of southwest ethnic minority ethics archives,points out the system elements such as construction subject,construction basis,and construction object.On the basis of considering the lagging factors of the current system construction,the paper proposes the overall operating strategies of SECI-based southwest ethnic minority ethics archives education system.It is hoped that knowledge management methods can be used to innovate the service form of southwest ethnic minority ethics archives,strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization in China,and promote social harmony in ethnic minority areas in Southwest China.
