摘　　要：随着时代的发展,传统零售领域受到新零售的严重冲击,以线上、线下融合为主导的新零售方式改变了传统零售行业的总体格局,零售成本、竞争程度的提高促使众多零售企业必须主动寻求转变。该文通过对实体零售的分析,并结合实际情况,针对新零售背景下的实体零售数字化转型提出个人观点,希望为关注实体零售数字化转型的人群带来帮助。With the development of the times,the traditional retail industry has been seriously impacted by the new retail.The new retail mode dominated by online and offline integration has changed the overall pattern of the traditional retail industry.With the increase of retail cost and competition,many retail enterprises must take the initiative to seek transformation.Based on the analysis of physical retail and the actual situation,this paper puts forward some original opinions on the digital transformation of physical retail under the new retail background,hoping to help people who are concerned about the digital transformation of physical retail.
