摘  要:为了降低编组站作业人员手动摘接制动风管的劳动强度和安全风险,提高摘接作业效率,进而压缩车辆在编组站的停留时间,设计适用于编组站的制动风管自动摘接智能技术方案。在对既有编组站车辆制动风管摘接作业现状分析的基础上,对系统整体分层架构、系统硬件架构进行设计,并对智能摘接作业涉及的机器人设计、动态目标识别、路径规划、运动控制等关键技术进行详细说明。制动风管自动摘接智能技术的实施,可有效提高编组站编解效率和整体作业的信息化、自动化和智能化水平。For lower labour intensity and safety risk in manually uncoupling and connecting brake hoses at marshalling stations, higher efficiency of uncoupling and connecting, and then shorter vehicle’s residence time at marshalling stations, an intelligent technical scheme for automatically uncoupling and connecting brake hoses was designed. Based on the analysis of the current uncoupling and connecting operation of brake hoses at marshalling stations, the overall hierarchical architecture and hardware architecture of the system were designed, and the key technologies involved in intelligent uncoupling and connecting, such as robot design, dynamic object recognition, path planning, and motion control, were elaborated. The intelligent technology of automatic uncoupling and connecting of brake hoses can improve the marshalling efficiency and the informatization, automation, and intelligence level of the whole operation.
