摘　　要：基于新建地方应用型本科院校,以提高课堂教学质量为导向,本研究遵循评价指标多样性、差异性与全面性相统一的原则,梳理所有指标间的相互关系及层次结构,使用秩和运算法对专家意见进行处理,得出各指标的权重,构建了由基本指标和特色指标组成的课堂教学质量评价指标体系。依托新建地方应用型本科院校任课教师典型个案,进行课堂教学质量评价,对获取数据进行信度分析,验证评价数据的合理性。Based on the newly-built local application-oriented undergraduate colleges,with the improvement of classroom teaching quality as the guide,this research follows the principle of unifying the diversity,difference and comprehensiveness of evaluation indicators,sorts out the interrelationship and hierarchical structure of all indicators,and uses the rank sum operation.The method deals with expert opinions,obtains the weight of each index,and builds a classroom teaching quality evaluation index system composed of basic indexes and characteristic indexes.Relying on the typical cases of teachers in newly-built local applied undergraduate colleges,the paper conducts classroom teaching quality evaluation,performs reliability analysis on the acquired data,and verifies the rationality of the evaluation data.
