摘  要:目的构建以情景模拟教学为基础的儿童基本生命支持培训项目的评价体系。方法运用德尔菲专家咨询法对专家进行2轮函询,并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果通过2轮专家函询,最终形成了3个一级指标,9个二个指标,17个三级指标。2轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.893和0.876,第二轮函询结果各级指标的专家协调系数为0.614~0.773。结论以情景模拟教学为基础的考核评价体系专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,有助于提高教学效果和促进知识掌握。Objective To construct an evaluation system of children′s basic life support training programs based on situational simulation teaching.Methods Two rounds of letter consultation was conducted to select the indexes using the Delphi method.Then the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,an evaluation system was finally formed including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 0.893 and 0.876 respectively,and the expert coordination coefficients of the second round ranged from 0.614 to 0.773.Conclusion The evaluation system constructed is of consistent opinions,high enthusiasm and authority of experts.It is helpful to improve the teaching effect and promote knowledge mastery.
