摘 要:建筑陶瓷工业原料制备车间长期以来存在着高污染、高能耗、低效率等问题,球磨机是原料制备车间的关键设备。其性能的好坏程度极大地影响了陶瓷产品的品质以及陶瓷工业领域的能耗、污染排放量问题。针对现有的球磨机存在电能消耗高、污染排放量大、研磨效率低、自动化程度低、研磨效果差等一系列问题,设计了多层组合式连续球磨机。借助ADAMS软件对其粗磨系统进行运动仿真与运动学分析,对其进行优化分析,验证多层组合式连续球磨粗磨系统工艺设计的合理性。The raw material preparation workshop of the building ceramics industry has long faced problems,such as high pollution,high energy consumption and low efficiency.The ball mill is the key equipment of the raw material preparation workshop.Its performance greatly affects the quality of ceramic products and pose problems like energy consumption and pollution emissions in ceramic industry.in the field.Aiming at a series of problems of the existing ball mills,such as high power consumption,large pollution emissions,low grinding efficiency,low automation,and poor grinding effect,a multi-layer combined continuous ball mill was designed.With the aid of ADAMS software,its rough grinding system is simulated and kinematically is analyzed,and optimized analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the process design of the multi-layer combined continuous ball grinding rough grinding system.The research results have a huge guiding role in reducing pollution,reducing energy consumption,and improving grinding efficiency for ball mills in the ceramic industry.
