摘 要:为了更好地落实国家“六稳”“六保”重要举措,提高劳动者学历和素质,提升劳动者技术技能,国家提出了高职百万扩招战略,艺术设计类专业也在高职扩招中分了一杯羹。高职扩招在实现劳动者整体素质和职业教育服务能力提升的同时,也由于扩招对象的参差不齐,带来了资源投入不足、学生管理难度大、教学质量难以保证等问题。为此,文章提出了校企协同育人模式,企业参与人才培养方案的制定;校企共同开发课程;实施“1+X”证书制度;进行学分制改革,实施弹性学制等对策,希望能为高职院校在扩招后的人才培养提供一些参考。In 2019,the state proposes to expand the enrollment of Higher Vocational Colleges by one million,and art and design majors also have a share in the expansion of higher vocational colleges.Million enrollment expansion is a major measure to improve the overall quality of workers,stabilize employment and promote the improvement of vocational education service ability in the new era.However,due to the insufficient investment of higher vocational education resources,a series of problems have been brought about.Therefore,higher voca⁃tional colleges should give full play to the main role of enterprises,guide enterprises to participate in the culti⁃vation of art and design talents,do a good job in the integration of documentary evidence and credit system re⁃form,promote the efficient implementation of 1+X system,and actively explore the education mode of school enterprise cooperation.
