广州产业升级背景下职业英语人才培养模式研究——以会展英语为例

摘　　要：在广州市产业升级背景下,会展行业呈现出创新现代化、外向国际化、与互联网发展深度融合化趋势。高职院校在应对培养新型高水平会展行业英语人才的挑战时,应注重培养目标体系中模块的清晰划分,以及职业素养和文化融入。本文尝试构建了"职业英语素养+行业英语能力+专业英语核心能力+专业英语拓展能力"的培养目标体系,生成"X+1+X1+X2"的课程设置模式,通过多层次教学模块和多元化实训办法,形成了一套动态课程体系。Under the background of Guangzhou’s industrial upgrading, the exhibition industry presents a trend of innovation and modernization, export-oriented internationalization, and deep integration with the development of Internet. In response to the challenge of training new and high-level English talents in exhibition industry, higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the clear division of modules in the training target system, as well as the integration of professionalism and culture. This paper attempts to build a training target system of "professional English literacy + professional English ability + professional English core ability + professional English development ability",generate the curriculum mode of "X + 1 + X1 + X2", and form a set of dynamic curriculum system through multi-level teaching modules and diversified training methods.
