摘  要:作为化工类专业的必修课,过程设备的选型与设计课程是一门理论与实践并重的综合性机械类课程,对学生学习过程设备与机械设计的基础知识具有重要作用。然而,由于学科交叉性强、学生没有相应的力学和机械基础,该课程教学中存在教学深度与广度失衡、教学内容晦涩难懂、高效直观的教学手段缺失、课程理论知识与工程实际关联较弱等问题,这在一定程度上限制了学生知识体系的建立和工程应用能力的培养。鉴于此,文章结合过程设备的选型与设计课程的教学现状,分析了该课程目前存在的问题,介绍了浙江大学该课程教学团队多年的探索与实践,提出了增加讨论课和综述论文撰写模块、编写特色教材和构建移动学习平台等建议,以全面推进该课程的教学改革。As a required course for college students majored in chemical engineering, selection and design of process equipment is a comprehensive mechanical course with equal emphasis on theory and practice. It plays an important role in students’ learning of basic knowledge of process equipment and mechanical design. However, this course has strong interdisciplinary nature and students have no corresponding mechanical foundation. It is easy to appear these problems, including imbalance of teaching depth and breadth, difficulty in teaching, lack of effective means and weak relationship between theory and practice in teaching process. It does not work in improving the students’ knowledge system and partly limits the students’ ability of engineering application and innovation. This paper analyzes current problems and summarizes the exploration and practice of teaching team of this course in Zhejiang University for many years. Finally, this paper proposes suggestion and thought including adding discussion class and summary paper writing module, compiling school books and building mobile learning platform, so as to comprehensively promote the teaching reform of this course.
