高职院校学生精力管理调查研究——基于667份问卷调查的结果

摘　　要：精力管理理论认为,精力是由体能、情感、思维、意志四种精力源组成的复合能力。为了解高职院校学生精力状况,更好地进行精力管理,课题组对667名高职学生进行了问卷调查,结果表明:高职院校学生精力数量总体够用,但质量有待提升,精力管理意识和训练欠缺。此外,不同精力源的表现及同一精力源内部不同指标的表现存在差异:体能、情感、思维精力使用不足,意志精力相对欠缺,精力强度不够,精力可持续发展能力不强。基于此,文章提出建议:开展精力管理教育,引导学生树立精力管理意识;实施精力管理调查,按照精力源实现精准化管理;强化思想目标引领,着力加强学生意志精力建设;突破精力舒适区,保持消耗与再生的动态平衡等。According to energies management theory,energy is a kind of composite ability consisted of four origins as physical agility,emotion,thinking and will. For understanding the status quo of energy conditions of higher vocational school students and better conducting management,a questionnaire survey is done to 667 of them. The result shows that energies of higher vocational school students are generally sufficient in quantity while quality needs elevation, and the awareness and training for energies management are deficient. Besides, expression of different energy source has discrepancy with that of different internal indicators of the same energy source: energies of physical agility,emotion and thinking are not used in full,energy of will is relatively deficient,energy strength is inadequate,and the ability of sustainable development of energies is not strong. Based on this,this article proposes such suggestions as to conduct education on energies management and guide students to build consciousness of energies management, carry through survey on energies management, realize targeted management as per the sources of energies, intensify guidance of thinking objectives, apply force to strengthen construction of energies and will of students, break through comfort zones of energies, keep dynamic balance between consumption and regeneration of energies,etc.
