摘 要:目的:研究CBL结合翻转课堂的教学模式在社区全科医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2018-2020级进行全科医师规范化培训的40名学生作为研究对象,将40名学生采用随机抽样法分为实验组20名和对照组20名,实验组采用CBL联合翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。教学后对两组学生进行考核,比较两组学生理论知识与临床技能操作的考试成绩,并通过调查问卷的方法,评价教学质量。结果:实验组的理论知识和临床操作考试成绩、对教学质量的评价均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合翻转课堂教学模式优于传统教学模式,有利于提高全科医师临床能力,值得在社区全科医师规范化培训中推广。Objective:To evaluate the teaching value of CBL combined flipped classroom teaching method in community standardized general practice training. Methods:The general practitioners of standardized training in our hospital residency programs from grade 2018-2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20). The students in experimental group were trained with CBL combined flipped classroom method,while the students in control group were trained with traditional teaching method. The students were assessed with theoretical knowledge and clinical ability after training. Investigation questionnaires were conducted to evaluate the quality of teaching. Results:The test results of the experimental group were reviewed in greater in theoretical knowledge,clinical skill and teaching effect,comparisons to the control group. The difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05 for each). Conclusion:CBL combined flipped classroom method is better than the traditional teaching method,which is conducive to improving the clinical ability of general practitioners. It is worthy of promotion in the standardized training of community general practitioners.
