摘  要:为探究持续性运动对初中生自我概念及学业成绩的影响,选取扬州市区某中学初二年级2个班级的学生为样本,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组于体育课基本部分中嵌入持续15分钟的中高强度运动,对照组保持常规。持续干预10周,实验前后对受试者的自我概念水平与学业成绩进行测量。研究认为:持续性的中高强度运动,不止对身体机能、精神活力有积极影响,还能促进中学生积极心理状态的产生及学业成绩的提升。To explore the effect of continuous exercise on self-concept and academic achievement of junior high school students.Two classes in the second grade of a middle school in Yangzhou were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was embedded with moderate to high intensity exercise for 15 minutes in the basic part of the physical education.The control group without intervention.For 10 weeks.The subjects'self-concept level and academic achievement were measured before and after the experiment.According to the study:The moderate to high intensity exercise not only has a positive effect on students'physical function and mental vitality,but also contributes to the generation of their positive mental state and the improvement of their academic achievement.
