摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同代谢能水平和粗蛋白水平对1~4周龄泰和乌鸡(♂)×隐性白羽肉鸡(♀)杂母鸡生长性能的影响。试验选取1日龄泰和乌鸡(♂)×隐性白羽肉鸡(♀)杂交品种的母鸡324只,随机分为9组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只;采用正交试验设计,设计饲料高中低代谢能水平分别为12.12、11.70、11.28 MJ/kg,高中低粗蛋白水平分别为20%、19%、18%,配制9组日粮;试验期为28 d。结果表明:不同代谢能和粗蛋白水平的饲粮对试验鸡日增重(ADG)和料重比影响显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ组(高能量高蛋白水平组)日增重(ADG)、日采食量(ADFI)和料重比明显优于Ⅸ组(低能量低蛋白水平组),结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:1~4周龄TY乌鸡母鸡选用代谢能水平为12.12 MJ/kg和粗蛋白水平为20%的饲粮生产性能最优。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of metabolizable energy and crude protein in diet on the growth performance of Taihe black chicken(♂)×recessive white chicken(♀)hybrid hens at age of 1~4 weeks.A total of 3241-dayold hens of Taihe black chicken(♂)×recessive white chicken(♀)were randomly divided into 9 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 12 hens in each replicate.By orthogonal design,the high,medium and low levels of metabolizable energy were 12.12,11.70 and 11.28 MJ/kg respectively,and the high,medium and low levels of crude protein were 20%,19%and 18%respectively.Nine groups of diets were prepared.The experiment was lasted 28 days.The results showed that diets with different levels of metabolizable energy and crude protein had significant effects on the daily gain(ADG)and ratio of feed-to-gain(F/G)(P<0.05).The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and ratio of feed-to-gain(F/G)of groupⅠ(high energy and high protein level group)were significantly better than those of groupⅨ(low energy and low protein level group),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the diet with metabolizable energy level of 12.12 MJ/kg and crude protein level of 20%was the best for TY black-bone hens aged 1~4 weeks.
