摘 要:目的探讨不同住院医师规范化培训(住培)轮训方案对中医硕士专业学位研究生成绩的影响。方法2018级409位硕士研究生为改革组,采用三阶段轮训方法;2017级386位硕士研究生为对照组,采用两阶段轮训方法,比较两组住培学员出科考核成绩、年度考核成绩及住培学员、带教老师、跟诊老师满意度。结果改革组住培学员平均出科成绩、年度考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改革组住培学员与跟诊老师对方案满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),带教老师对两种方案满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改革的轮训方案可提高住培学员出科成绩与年度考核成绩,提高住培学员与跟诊老师对方案的满意度。Objective To discuss the impact of different standardized training(residential training)rotation programs for residents on the performance of postgraduates with a professional degree in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 409 postgraduates from the 2018 grade were in the reform group,a three-stage rotation training method was used;386 postgraduates from the 2017 grade were the control group,a two-stage rotation training method was used.Assessment results of leaving the department,annual assessment results and satisfaction of live training students,teachers,and teachers of the two groups of residential training students were compared.Results The average course scores and annual assessment results of the reform group's live training students were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of the reform group's live training students and the follow-up teacher was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction degree of the teachers with the two programs(P>0.05).Conclusion The reformed rotation training program can improve the students’leaving the department and annual assessment results,and increase the satisfaction of the residents’training students and follow-up teachers.
