摘  要:目的:研究翻转课堂教学模式在泌尿外科教学中的应用价值,为进行泌尿外科教学改革提供进一步参考。方法:观察对象选自本学院2017级本科临床医学专业A班学生38名,B班学生36名(均为自然班级),根据不同教学方法将班级分为教改班、普通班,教改班采用翻转课堂教学模式,普通班采用传统课堂教学模式。4个课时以后,对两个班均进行知识点测试,仅对教改班进行问卷调查了解学生对教改的感受,通过比较两个班的教学成绩以及教改班对教学的感受,评价该次教学改革,数据采用SPSS 25.0软件进行检验。结果:在考试测验中,教改班的平均成绩好于普通班,两班考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教改班课后问卷调查中,学生认为翻转课堂教学模式不仅加深知识理解、提高学习积极性,还加强了教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间的沟通。结论:翻转课堂教学模式在泌尿外科的教学过程中取得的成绩明显优于传统教学模式,易被学生接受,值得推广。Objective:To study the application value of flipped classroom teaching mode in urology teaching,and to provide further reference for the reform of urology teaching.Methods:We selected 38 students in class A and 36 students in class B(all natural classes)of 2017 undergraduate clinical medicine major in our college.According to different teaching methods,the class is divided into teaching reform class and ordinary class.The teaching reform class adopts the flipped classroom teaching mode,while the ordinary class adopts the traditional classroom teaching mode.After 4 class hours,the knowledge points of the two classes were tested,and only the questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the students'feelings about the teaching reform.The teaching reform was evaluated by comparing the teaching results of the two classes and the feelings of the teaching reform class.The data were tested by SPSS 25 software.Results:In the test,the average score of the teaching reform class was better than that of the ordinary class,and the difference between the two classes was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey after class,students think that flipped classroom teaching mode not only deepens knowledge understanding and improves learning enthusiasm,but also strengthens the communication between teachers and students.Conclusion:The results of flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching process of urology are significantly better than the traditional teaching mode,which is easy to be accepted by students and is worthy of promotion.
