摘  要:在淀粉质原料酒精生产液糖化工艺中采用八级“闪蒸-吸收塔”组合,使冷热醪液梯度换热,大幅提高换热效率,最大限度回收液糖化工段余热,节能节水效果好。自运行以来经济效益显著,按吨酒精计,节省蒸汽消耗0.37 t,节省循环用水15 t,减少污水处理量4.4 t,吨酒精综合节省费用为60.2元。In the liquefaction and saccharification processes of alcohol production from starchy raw materials,the eightstage multistage flashabsorption tower was used to perform gradient heat exchange between the cold mash and the hot mash.This equipment could significantly improve the heat exchange efficiency,maximize the recovery of waste heat from the liquefaction and saccharification processes,and had good energy and water saving effect.Since the equipment was brought into operation,the economic benefits had been remarkable:it had saved 0.37 tons of steam and 15 tons of circulation water,and had reduced 4.4 tons of sewage;the comprehensive cost saving was 60.2 yuan per ton of alcohol.
