摘　　要：阐述一种改进的长短期记忆(LSTM)神经网络用于芯片的缺陷测试。实验结果表明,所提出的基于RNN的LSTM方法测试准确度提高了4.3%,测试时间减少了2.32 s。This paper describes an improved long and short term memory(LSTM)neural network for chip defect testing.The experimental results show that the test accuracy of the proposed RNN based LSTM method is improved by 4.3%and the test time is reduced by 2.32s.
