摘　　要：阐述对于电工技能考核装置、控制策略的升级改造,对标电工国家职业技能考核标准,融入技能大赛的内容,做到以赛促学,以赛促教,从而使学生通过实验实训提高职业能力。This paper expounds the upgrading and transformation of electrician skill assessment device and control strategy,benchmarking the national vocational skill assessment standard of electrician,integrating the content of skill competition,so as to promote learning and teaching through competition,so as to enable students to improve their professional ability through experimental training.
