摘  要:通过半结构访谈和问卷调查对大学生参与体育选项课的情况及乐趣来源进行了探究,通过对所得文本和数据资料进行分析后表明,大学生参与体育选项课以19岁大二女生受试者最多;体育选项课人数按照羽毛球、排球、足球、篮球和乒乓球的顺序依次递减;大学生参与体育选项课的乐趣内部结构为成就—内在乐趣、成就—外在乐趣、非成就—内在乐趣及非成就—外在乐趣4个维度;大学生参与体育选项课的乐趣与性别有差异,而与年龄、年级无差异;来源分别是大学生自身、同学互动、师生互动及其他类等。未来在体育课内容设计上,应关注这些因素,以提高学生的满意度及持续参与体育活动。Through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires to investigate the participation of college students in physical education options and the source of fun,the analysis of the obtained text and data shows that college students participate in physical education options class with 19 years old sophomore girls the most subjects.The number of sports options decreased in turn by badminton,volleyball,football,basketball and table tennis.The inner structure of college students'participation in sports optional courses is four dimensions:achievement-internal fun,achievement-external fun,non-achievement-internal fun and non-achievement-external fun.There is no difference between the fun and sex of college students participating in physical education options,but not with age and grade.The sources are college students themselves,students interaction,teacher-student interaction and other categories.In the future,we should pay attention to these factors in the content design of physical education class,in order to improve students'satisfaction and continue to participate in sports activities.
