以工匠精神为引领的高职校园文化育人体系的构建

摘　　要：以工匠精神为引领的校园文化建设是新时期高职人才培养目标的新要求,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务、完善育人体系的有力抓手。通过对当前高职教育属性与“工匠精神”内涵的分析,发现以“工匠精神”引领校园文化建设具有天然的契合性。高效引领校园文化建设,首先要选择既应时又面向未来的共性载体、凸显个性的特色载体、贴近师生生活的鲜活载体,以承载校园文化的育人功能。具体路径可以从加强顶层设计与统筹规划先行,重点着力于校园物质文化、职业文化、创新文化、行为文化与制度文化、工匠精神的有效融合,全面提升以培养工匠精神为归旨的校园文化建设质量,培养出更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠。The construction of campus culture led by the craftsman spirit is the new requirement of the higher vocational talents training goal in the new period,and it is a powerful starting point to implement the fundamental task of Lide to cultivate people and improve the education system.Through the analysis of the current higher vocational education attributes and the connotation of“craftsman spirit”,it is found that there is a natural fit for the“craftsman spirit”to lead the construction of campus culture.Efficiently lead the construction of campus culture,first of all,we must choose a common carrier that is both timely and future-oriented,a characteristic carrier that highlights individuality,and a fresh carrier close to the lives of teachers and students to carry the education function of campus culture;the specific path can be from strengthening the top-level design and take overall planning first,focus on the effective integration of campus material culture,professional culture,innovation culture,behavioral culture and institutional culture,and craftsman spirit,comprehensively improve the quality of campus culture construction aimed at cultivating craftsman spirit,and cultivate more high-quality Technical skills talents,skilled craftsmen,craftsmen of great powers.
