摘　　要：长期以来,聋人与健听人之间存在交流不顺畅的问题。运用现代信息技术开辟聋人与健听人无障碍交流的新路径、新体系,找到让聋人与健听人能无障碍交流的新办法并在技术上加以突破与实现,是现代文明社会的呼唤。文章探讨的语-视互转无障碍交流系统由两部分构成:一是“听”手语,即先利用感知技术采集聋人手语动作的肌电特征信号,再利用识别算法转化为与手语动作对应的语义,最终转化为健听人能听懂的语音,使健听人能够“听懂”聋人手语;二是“看”说话,即先将健听人语音转化为数字电信号,之后转化为手语,使聋人能够“看懂”言语表达的内容。语-视互转无障碍交流系统的建构及其实现,有助于聋人与健听人之间的顺畅沟通,并能推动我国2000多万聋人更好地融入现代社会。For a long time,the communication between deaf and healthy people is not smooth.It is the call of modern civilized society to use modern information technology to open up a new path and system for barrier-free communication between deaf and healthy people,to find a new way for barrier-free communication between deaf and healthy people,and to make a breakthrough and realization in technology.The barrier-free communication system of language vision interchange discussed in this paper consists of two parts:one is“listening to”sign language,namely to collect the EMG characteristic signals of deaf sign language actions with perceptual technology,and then transform them into the semantics corresponding to sign language actions through recognition algorithm,and finally transform them into speech that can be understood by healthy listeners,so that healthy listeners can“understand”deaf sign language;the other is to“see”speech,namely to convert the speech of healthy people into digital electrical signals,and then into sign language,so that the deaf can“understand”the content of speech.The construction and implementation of the barrier-free communication system of language-vision interchange is conducive to the smooth communication between the deaf and healthy people,and can promote more than 20 million hearing-impaired people in China to be better integrated into the modern society.
