摘　　要：医生话语是直接影响医患关系和治疗效果的核心因素之一。文章基于批评性语篇分析的实用性和可操作性,以Fairclough的三位分析法为理论框架,重新审视中医话语,结合医患会话实践,对中医话语展开定量研究,并对医学院校如何提高中医语言素养进行对策分析,以求发挥中医独特的文化价值,促进中医文化传承创新,为中医外宣做好准备。Doctors'words are one of the core factors that directly affect the relationship between doctors and patients,as well as the effectiveness of treatment.Based on the practicality and operability of critical discourse analysis,this article employs Fairclough's Three Dimensional Model as the theoretical framework to re-examine the discourse of Chinese medics.In combination with clinical language practice,this article conducts quantitative research on Chinese medics'discourse and analyzes the countermeasures that medical universities can take to improve the language literacy of medical students.The purpose of the study is to bring the unique cultural value of Chinese medicine into full play,promote its cultural inheritance and innovation,and get prepared for the international publicity of Chinese medicine.
