摘  要:目的对问题导向临床医学教学模式(Problem-originated clinical medical curriculum,PCMC)配合案例分析法用于中医护理带教中的价值进行评价。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院进行轮转的40名中医护理实习学生按照随机分类的方法分成2组。对照组学生给予常规的带教方法,观察组学生给予PCMC教学模式配合案例分析法,教学结束后对2组学生考核成绩、患者对实习学生的满意程度以及学生自我满意度等指标进行对比分析。结果观察组学生考核成绩高于对照组的学生(P<0.05),患者对观察组学生的总满意度高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组学生的自我总满意度高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论对中医护理学生来说,PCMC教学模式配合案例分析法的效果更好,可以提高学生的学习积极性,在中医护理教学中起显著作用。Objective To evaluate the value of PCMC teaching model combined with case analysis method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing.Methods Forty TCM nursing students who were rotated in our hospital were randomly classified into two groups.Control group was given conventional teaching methods,and observation group was given problem-originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)teaching mode and case analysis method,after the end of the teaching,the two groups of students will be assessed,patient satisfaction with intern students,and self-satisfaction ratings Perform comparative analysis.Results The students in the observation group had higher assessment results than the students in the control group.The patients’satisfaction with the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The self-satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion For TCM nursing students,the PCMC teaching model combined with the case analysis method has a better effect,which can improve students’learning enthusiasm and play a significant role in TCM nursing teaching.
