规培环境下中医四诊教学改革探索

摘　　要：中医四诊教学改革一直是中医类院校比较关心的问题,随着中医住院医师规范化培训的来临,这一问题显得尤为突出,为进一步深化在校本科生的四诊教学,教师将临床门诊系统进行合理化修改,研制了针对本科实践和理论教学的四诊小病历,使学生在学校就接受到和临床密切相关的实战训练,极大地推进了中医四诊教学改革的步伐,是一次非常好的尝试,值得同行借鉴。The four diagnostic technology of Chinese medicine(CM)teaching reform has been a matter of general concern of all colleges and universities of CM.Along with the coming of the resident standardization training of CM,this problem has been particularly prominent.In order to further deepen the four diagnostic technology teaching of undergraduate students,we amended the diagnosis and treatment system of outpatient service and designed small records of four diagnostic technology,which is developed in view of the practical and theoretical teaching,so that the students in the school is closely related to the clinical actual combat training and this behavior could greatly promote the pace of teaching reform.In a word,we think this teaching reform is a very good try and is worthy of reference for colleagues.
